Why Forge64

Start here, stay for good

Forge64 is built to be the long-term home of your app: everything it needs is built in, the bill has hard limits you set, you can export everything at any time, and the app grows on the same platform.

Why people outgrow their first setup

  • Per-user or per-seat meters that grow faster than revenue.
  • Usage-based bills with no ceiling, discovered after the month ends.
  • Free tiers that pause an idle project or cap email at a daily limit.
  • One account per service: hosting, database, auth, email, analytics and payments each with its own bill.
  • A move to a new platform when the app outgrows the first one.

Everything an app needs, built in

The AI build, hosting, a Postgres database per app, sign-in, payments and payouts, analytics and error tracking come from one account. You do not open a separate account for each part, so there is no second dashboard to learn and no extra bill to watch.

  • Full-stack app from one prompt

Describe the app in plain English; Forge64 plans it, generates a full-stack Next.js app with its database schema, and shows it in a live preview.

    Available
  • App hosting

Every app runs in its own container on Forge64's servers; paid plans include always-on app slots.

    Rolling out
  • A Postgres database per app

Each app gets its own Postgres database and two login roles with privileged attributes switched off, so one app cannot open another app's database.

    Available
  • Sign-up and sign-in

Generated apps ship with email and password sign-in, sessions and per-user data scoped in the app's own Postgres.

    Available
  • Forge Payments

Take payments from day one with Forge Payments: verification and payouts to your bank account are built in, with no separate payment account to set up. One all-in fee per sale (Free 13% + 30¢, Pro 9% + 30¢, Business 7% + 30¢, Enterprise per contract), and Forge64 does not hold your funds.

    Rolling out
  • First-party analytics

Cookieless page-view analytics from a beacon under 1024 bytes, plus uptime, response status mix and latency per app, stored by Forge64 with no third-party analytics vendor.

    Rolling out
  • First-party error tracking

Error tracking that accepts the standard Sentry SDK envelope, groups and scrubs events, and stays inside per-app caps (a capped app's SDK is told to back off).

Predictable Pricing Guarantee

Every metered resource has a hard cap that refuses work instead of billing more. Paid plans add an overage spend cap you choose, the Free plan is never charged overage, and your app's users never add a per-user fee. Overage that gets cheaper with volume is coming soon.

  • Hard spend caps

Every metered resource has a hard cap per account, app and plan plus platform-wide daily ceilings that refuse the operation when reached; paid plans add an overage spend cap you set, and Free is never charged overage.

    Available
  • No per-user fees

Your app's users are not billed: no plan has a per-user or per-monthly-active-user charge.

    Available
  • Overage that gets cheaper with volume

Coming soon: overage rates that step down as your usage grows.

You own it, and you can leave

Your generated source code and your app's data are yours. Export the source, the database rows and a manifest whenever you like, without asking anyone. Teams stay because the product works for them, not because leaving is hard.

  • Export anytime

Export your app's source code, database rows and a manifest at any time, without contacting Forge64.

    Available
  • Import a project

Bring an existing project in from a Git repository or a zip file (up to 100 MB).

    Available
  • Self-host bundle

Every export includes a ready-to-run self-host kit: a container compose file, an environment template and setup instructions.

Grows with you without re-platforming

The same app moves from Free to Pro to Business to Enterprise. Upgrading changes the app's limits (always-on slots, memory, domains, seats), not its home: the code, the database and the URL stay where they are.

  • Sleep and wake

Idle apps sleep and wake on the next visit: after 15 idle minutes on Free and 30 on Pro; Business and Enterprise apps do not sleep. Sleeping keeps the app and its database.

  • Custom domains with automatic HTTPS

Paid plans connect their own domains (5 included on Pro) with a DNS ownership check, 24-hour re-verification and certificates issued automatically; Free apps use a forge64.app address.

    Rolling out
  • Single sign-on (OIDC and SAML)

Enterprise organizations sign in with OIDC or SAML 2.0 single sign-on, with verified email domains.

Security and reliability for a real business

Each app has its own database and roles, secrets are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, certificates are issued only for approved hostnames, and changes are recorded in a hash-chained audit log. Every status is published on the Trust Center, including what is not finished.

  • A Postgres database per app

Each app gets its own Postgres database and two login roles with privileged attributes switched off, so one app cannot open another app's database.

    Available
  • Encrypted secrets

App secrets are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using keys derived per tenant; exports and logs carry secret names, never values.

    Available
  • Certificates only for approved hostnames

Certificates are issued only for hostnames the Forge64 API approves; unknown hostnames get none.

    Available
  • Tamper-evident audit log

Billing and project changes are written to a hash-chained audit log; verification detects an edited or removed entry.

    Available
  • Encrypted off-site backups

Encrypted (AES-256) off-site backups with weekly full and daily differential copies and a scripted restore drill.

FAQ

What is the Predictable Pricing Guarantee?
Every metered resource has a hard cap that refuses the operation when reached, paid plans add an overage spend cap you set, and the Free plan is never charged overage. Your bill cannot pass the limits you chose.
What if I want to leave?
Export your app's source, database rows and a manifest at any time from your project, without contacting Forge64.
Do I have to move platforms when my app grows?
No. Upgrading from Free to Pro ($59/mo), Business or Enterprise changes the app's limits; the app, its database and its address stay in place.
